01How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Launch the game and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Review the notice and submit the deletion request.
Your account is suspended immediately and a 14-day grace period begins.
You can cancel the request and restore your account by logging in again during the grace period.
After the grace period, your account and associated data are deleted or anonymized and cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — By email (if you cannot access the app)

If you can no longer access the app (lost device, app uninstalled, etc.), you can request deletion by emailing gaegu@kosmos12.com. Please include the following so we can process your request:

Your in-game nickname
Your sign-in method (Guest / Google / Naver / Kakao)
Subject: "DynamiteBlue account deletion request"

Processing time After identity verification, the same 14-day grace period applies before deletion/anonymization. We respond to email requests within 7 business days.

02Data That Is Deleted

After the 14-day grace period, the following data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized:

DELETED / ANONYMIZED

· Account data — sign-in identifiers (linked social account IDs, device identifier), nickname

· Game data — characters, items, in-game currency, progress, mail, friends and guild data

· Device information and push notification tokens

03Data That Is Retained and Retention Periods

As required by applicable Korean laws, the following data is retained separately for the periods below even after account deletion, and is destroyed without delay once the period expires.
